Roboprawnik combines artificial intelligence, licensed lawyers and a complete registry of Polish law optimised for AI, to provide the best legal service to organisations and individual clients.

We help companies and public bodies handle the letters they receive, including the growing number of letters written by artificial intelligence, and we help businesses pursue matters that until now were not worth handling. We give individual clients quick access to legal help: we explain their situation, prepare the documents they need and guide them through the next steps, bringing in a lawyer where the matter calls for it.

For companies and public bodies

Anticlaimant: incoming letters

The letters that reach companies and public bodies are increasingly written by artificial intelligence. A customer, a citizen or a contractor describes their situation in a chat and a moment later has a complaint, an appeal or a payment demand, full of statutory references and case numbers. Such a letter looks as if a lawyer had prepared it, but the provisions in it are often distorted or out of date, and some of the rulings cited do not exist at all. Every one of them has to be answered, and checking such a letter takes a lawyer longer than it took the sender to write it.

Anticlaimant does that checking automatically. It compares every cited provision with the registry of Polish law in the wording applicable on the date of the event, looks up every ruling in the court databases and checks every quotation against the original. A made-up provision, a non-existent judgment or a distorted quotation is flagged. If the organisation shares its data, the sender's assertions are compared with that data too. On this basis it prepares an assessment of the matter and a draft reply.

Depending on the form of cooperation agreed, we can support you at every stage, up to taking over the whole process: from the arrival of the letter, through the conduct of the case, to representation before courts and public authorities.

Matters that were not worth pursuing until now

We also help businesses with matters that used to go unhandled because the cost of legal work exceeded the value at stake. Combining artificial intelligence, the registry of law and our lawyers allows such matters to be handled in an orderly, largely automated process, with a lawyer involved where it really matters. Examples include small claims, recurring complaints and demands for modest amounts.

Forms of cooperation

We adapt the scope of cooperation to the needs of the organisation: from providing Anticlaimant as a tool in which your own legal team checks letters and prepares responses, through the support of our lawyers in the more difficult cases, to full handling of agreed types of matters. If legal letters generated by artificial intelligence have become a burden for your organisation, or some matters go unhandled because pursuing them does not pay, please get in touch. We will show you how we can help.

For individual clients

The client describes the matter in a conversation, the program asks for the missing information, checks the provisions in the registry of law and prepares the document, for example a complaint, a child support claim or a reply to a payment demand. Documents can be photographed with a phone. In matters that call for it, a lawyer checks the document before it is issued.

How we built it

Work on Roboprawnik took two years. It covered the development of a flexible, scalable architecture, the creation of a registry of law designed for artificial intelligence, and the isolation and security of client data.

One of the pillars of Roboprawnik is the registry of law. For every provision the registry gives the wording in force on any given day, derived from the amending acts. It covers statutes, executive regulations, international treaties, court rulings and tax rulings, all taken from official sources.

The second pillar is an architecture that scales to new types of matters and new organisations without rebuilding the platform. It works with different language models, including a Polish model run locally, so case data need not leave the organisation's infrastructure.

The third is the division of work between the program and the professional. The program does the work that can be done well by a machine and shows precisely where every fact and every provision came from, while the lawyer decides wherever a decision has consequences. We ourselves are a licensed attorney-at-law and a licensed tax adviser, so we can offer not just a tool but a complete service, in line with the rules of those professions.

We treat the requirements of the GDPR and the EU AI Act as part of the design, not an add-on. Every model call and every decision is logged, generated content is labelled, data can be exported and erased on request, and user data is encrypted and strictly isolated.
